STUDENT AWARDS AND RECOGNITION
 

- FOUR STUDENTS WIN NSF GRADUATE FELLOWSHIPS:
Christopher Hogan won the NSF Graduate Fellowship Award for Doctoral Students. He comes with a BS from Cornell University, and is working under the guidance of Dr.Biswas.  Sarah Dryden also won the NSF Graduate Fellowship, and she comes from Miami University and is working under the guidance of Dr. Angenent.  Two other students - Claire Farnsworth, also received this Fellowship and has joined Caltech for her Graduate Studies. While at WUStL she worked in the research Laboratories of Dr. Giammar. Kelly Fletcher received this Award and is pursuing her Doctoral studies at Georgia Institute of Technology.

- Student Chapter of the Air and Waste Management Association wins Best Chapter Award at the Annual Meeting in June 2005, Minneapolis.

- Rafael McDonald, AWMA Milton Feldstein Memorial Award, 2004
